Christmas albums :)

Two albums done :) I finished up my December Daily album today. I am missing pictures for a few days having lost some pics of my Mac when I spilled coffee on it. What I love about the album though is all the journalling that really captures how our days were spent. Here are the pages that complete the album :) I also wanted to share that doing this album through out December helped us stay present in the holiday and I think helped us Savior each day more :) This has truly been my Best Christmas since my Best Christmas as a kid.

Happy Scrappy Holiday

Taking a short break, from relaxing holiday style to share two things I made last week. The Calender was made with Heidi Swapp's Nourish kit based on Teresa Collins' instructions. I made the calender while happily spending my birthday at the Scrapbox. I have also have an awesome mini album that I have made with the kit that just needs a few finishing touches :) Here's to the last few days of December and 2009 :)

Christmas Scrappies and lights :)

The lights on Parliament Hill, were magical. We walked around DT last night taking in all the magic.

Scrappy Happy

Sitting on the chaise, coffee in hand, homemade biscotti near by (thanks LOLO), kids playing nicely (really they are), Ryan jamming on the tar....sweet bliss. I decided on Monday that I was on holidays LOL. I did the bear minimum in housework and instead spent a cozy week crafting, scrapping,playing with the kids, easy dinners, a wee bit of take out (just a wee):)

Here's a scrappie I played with this week. Yep that photo again, me in that shirt again...bear with me...I have felt like such an ugly duck of late and for some blessed reason I managed to have scored a few pretty pictures and I plan on MILKING THEM :) :) LOL

I am in love with my....

My new camera :) :) :) Finally, my old one was 4 years old and sooo slow, by the time it took the picture the kids were long gone. I got a Nikon COOLPIX S640 for birthday. Its red and I got a very sexy cool case for it :) Thank-you Ryan you are the best :)

I took this picture this morning, look at what a wide picture it takes....love the mess...I am on vacation, and I spent the morning scrapping while the girls played Dora on the WII.

Dec Daily Catch Up

My pictures are not very good :( Guess that is what happens with a slow camera and trying to take a pic before someone's PB chubby hands get it :) LOL Good thing my birthday is coming up :) hint :)

I have been a little bit slack with taking pics each day but at least have lots of journaling in the book to capture the days. I am really enjoying the season :)
