I started both of these LO's at Dorrie's a few weekends ago, and finished them up last night.
This one is the result of a progressive LO, where BOSSY BOOTS DORRIE called out each step...ie. cut a piece of card stock 10x6 etc....everyone's LOs were very different despite the same instructions, very cool :)
Super cute photo taken by Stephanie :)
Above: the photo doesn't show it well, but I punched circles out of black cardstock and added to the black background for subtle dimensiona nd detail (saw this on Christine Middlecamp's blog)
The next LO's is from another challenge we did, where we took a card from a box with a page map on it and had to do it...so this LO is based on a page map :) I found that very hard to do :)
I made a little shabby chic like collage on this area of the LO, also crystal lacquered the stickers.
Used a craft knife to cut into the balloon on the PP to tuck the pic behind, added glimmer misted tags. Again Crystal Lacquered the balloon, and the stamps on the PP for more dimension and detail.
tucked a torn piece of die cut journal paper in behind photo, used crystal lacquer on the edges of the journal paper and on the letters on the PP.
More crystal lacquer on the dots on the PP. The PP is Heidi SWAPP invisables, which I glimmer misted with a snow angel to reveal the white dots.
Can you see I went a little crystal lacquer crazy? LOL mmm must have something to do with this lady :) :) Best known for "I'm going to crystal lacquer the Sheeeet of this !"
